Added sitemap, template and about this page to improve access and information about the website.
Updated the bulletin page to a consistent format. Fix some logos so that they have transparent backgrounds.

Added print media to stylesheets to suppress menus, and make printed pages work properly.
Fixed all page titles to be unique, previously they all were "Welcome".

Updated all pages to new stylesheet. Added structure to pages with heading tags, fixed a lot of bespoke formatting with stylesheet based formatting.
Changed page layout to work better across browsers and different sized windows. Moved NZSS logo to page background.
